Panel: Developing the 21st Century public service workforce
Theatre: Workforce and Leadership
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Health People Managers Association (HPMA), Public Services People Managers Association (PPMA) and Universities HR (UHR) announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in April 2018. Whislt there are a range of benefits through this collaboration, the two key priorities are to: to create a collective voice for HR & OD across the whole of public service and to provide opportunities for us to develop HR & OD professionals so that they can work across the sector.
This session will look at the following key challenges and reflect on how the MOU might support solution development and implementation:
- Cross sector collaboration and whole systems leadership
- Inclusion and diversity
- Delivering on the Future of Work – creating adaptable, forward thinking and high performing organisations.
